		<description>butta - re: the cheese, it was a huge amount,  the hefty sprinkle on top was nothing.  there&#039;s a ton worked into that sauce... at least a cup... so good.  so not light...</description>

		<description>Fantastic! I can practically taste it now. Extra kudos for not being stingy with the cheese.  And I hear you about the $25+ for the Sancerre, it&#039;s the same up my way too. But with a meal like this, it&#039;s a shame not to crack open the good stuff.</description>
