and my passion for food…
i love really good food… i grew up in a home where food really mattered and nyc had it all. i learned early what greatness tasted like and that tends to stay with you. i call it the curse of knowing the difference.
and i really like to cook…
but i don’t like things too complicated. i want my dinner to be simple – but i want quality. i admire this trait in every way. it’s the quest for the best. and the near best is just wonderful too, as is the discussion qualifying what that might mean.
and i struggle to maintain a reasonable weight. and that could just be an understatement of epic proportion…
so i cook.
