How funny that at work lately I've been making a very similar "blueberry yogurt bundt cake" that has yogurt and o.j. in the batter and come out very moist like a pound cake. Delicious. And, I've done a 'bundt study' with my chef and learned that if you want a nice pound cake consistency that is perfect here, it's all in the mixing... and lots of it, before and between each and ever egg.
